- $25 for one 60-minute personal-training session (a $75 value)
- $59 for three 60-minute personal-training sessions (a $180 value)
Owner and lead instructor Rhonda Fentry works with students one-on-one, crafting a fitness plan built around unique goals, time constraints, and physical abilities. Sessions can be redeemed at home or onsite at Flex Gym. After gauging each student’s fitness level through a personal assessment, Rhonda prescribes cardio and strength-training exercises that can emphasize core strength, weight loss, or flexibility.
After a long career as a professional dancer, Rhonda Fentry now helps students nurture and care for their bodies through personal care and lively group classes. Transferring some of the knowledge she learned studying with instructors, including Ruth Page, Joel Hall, and Gus Giordano, Rhonda and her fellow instructors teach students of all ages to explore and strengthen their bodies through Pilates, Zumba, yoga, and dance classes. Rhonda can also work one-on-one to craft a detailed personal-training program tailored to each student's goals, schedule, and fitness level.
