Q:

Would this work for someone who has lost all of their eyebrows due to alopecia?

Barbara N.  asked on  Jan 21, 2013

A:

We suggest that you discuss your options with your doctor and then reach out to the merchant directly at (402) 658-6769 if you have any further questions. Thanks!

Q:

I was wondering if you have a picture gallery so i can see some of the eyeliner you have done! I have very small eyes and have a hard time doing my liner, wonder if you can make my eyes look larger than they are?

Diane d.  asked on  Jan 20, 2013

A:

Diane, There are some "before/afters" on the business' Facebook Page". (WWW.FACEBOOK.COM/SIMPLYFLAWLESSLLC) And of course I do have the rest of my portfolio at my studio. There are a few different "tricks/methods" that when applying the eyeliner, may create the illusion of more "opened-up/larger" eyes

Q:

Since I needed to find out about the touchup part of the Groupon (I found out even tho I had eyeliner years ago somewhere else the Groupon would work) the eyeliner part has sold out. Will you be doing this again on Groupon in the near future. Thanks. Mary E.

Mary E.  asked on  Jan 19, 2013

A:

Mary, I'm not sure at the moment. As you know, this deal is still going on (for the other services offered). You are always more than welcome to call (402-658-6769) to check to see what the current "deals/promotions/offers" that may be going on. Look forward to hearing from you.

Q:

I asked about redoing my upper eyelids and the reason for the question was that in the information for this Groupon it states no touch ups. Would this be considered a touchup? Thanks. Mary E.

Mary E.  asked on  Jan 19, 2013

A:

The Groupon is only good for the value and services offered and cannot be altered or substituted in anyway.

Annette B.  from  Self  replied on  Jan 19, 2013

A:

Mary, if you've had previous work done ( by a different technician in the prior years), and are looking to enhance the color due to fading thought out the year, then Yes. You may purchase the groupon. Groupon is just referring to the touch up after the first application that I tattoo on client that purchased the groupon.(4-6 weeks after the initial application)

Q:

I have had my upper eyelids done before - but was done in a med. grey and has now faded considerably. It has been many years since I had this done. Can you do my top lids again using this Groupon? I have never had the bottom lid done and am not sure if I would want it this time. Thanks. Mary E.

Mary E.  asked on  Jan 19, 2013

A:

Absolutely! Also, I would be more than happy to go over some different options for the lower liner if you choose to do that as well.

Q:

I am very fair and older, and am interested in permanent eyebrows. i would like to come in and talk with you before purchasing the Groupon offer. It says that it is 55 minutes. How long does it normally take to do eyebrows? Mine are very sparse. How permanent are they? What recourse is there if I'm not happy with them? Is there a risk of infection? I ask this because I have heart issues. As I said, I would love to come and talk to you and see pictures of your work. Thank you.

Mary H.  asked on  Jan 19, 2013

A:

Mary, The "55-minutes" is just an approximate time. I do a consultation before the application of any of the Permanent Cosmetic Application. (same day and appt time as the application) However, I do offer the option of a consultation to come in before you decide to proceed with an application of Permanent Cosmetics. (There is a $25 consultation fee if you decide to do this) Note: It is the same consultation that I will have with my client the day of the application. There are many factors that may play a role in the "fading/lightening" of the pigment. Such as; the amount of UV exposure to the area being tattooed, certain medications, some "pro" skin care lines, etc) You are more than welcome to email me with any other concerns pertaining to your specific conditions. m.allmon7@gmail.com thanks.

Q:

Does this look really real? Have someone in mind that pulls out all of her eyebrows, would you follow the natural brow line so that if she eventually let them grow back they would be one? How long does this last?

Chris S.  asked on  Jan 18, 2013

A:

There is 2 different methods for the permanent eyebrow application. One is a "solid brow", and the other is "natural hair stroke brow". Depending on how light the pigment is, and what you're wanting to achieve, will determine which is best for you. The area is never shaved. Only "trimmed up" around the brow we create.
