As a Certified Life Coach, Personal Trainer & NLP Practitioner, I integrate the mental, emotional and physical components of overall wellness to bring my clients a holistic approach to goal achievement. I specialize in advanced communication techniques that put my clients immediately at ease.
What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
Simply Free was birthed as a result of my own personal evolution. I chose to leave a lucrative successful career in corporate America because I was no longer satisfied with a time intensive investment that provided no personal fulfillment. My passion is to see people live a life of freedom.
What do you love most about your job?
It's a great honor to be a part of another persons journey to freedom. I enjoy watching peoples eyes light up as the realization occurs that their dreams no longer have to stay dreams.. they can be reality. I enjoy knowing that in a world where much is dark, I can reveal the light within my clients.
