Be aware of this vendor. We ordered our cupcakes. My housekeeper went to pick them up, the owner herself treated her poorly. They did not honor the certificate she took with her. They couldn't find our order and they didn't even make an effort to find her order. This owner needs to go to a customer service course. I will never do business with this company. Groupon needs to do more background checks and surveys.

This is a very unfair accusation- Yes, Kim did place an order...and put the order under the name Kim and even gave her phone number and picked out her eight flavors total. When the housekeeper came to pick up the order my employee asked for the name of the order. Two different names were given (none of them Kim)- we searched every order we had and even offered her our shop phone so that she could call and verify what name the order was under. The housekeeper refused saying that the lady was probably at the gym and that she would just purchase two dozen cupcakes and deal with it later. Kim did call later upset with the situation and even she didn't give the name she put the order under. After unpolite words from both ends of the phone line we finally came to the discovery that we did have KIM'S order, not Norma or Alexis which is what both ladies were claiming they had an order for. So in the end I was left with an order that she had placed...NEVER have we had someone place an order under one name and then come in asking for an order under a diffrent name. We fill a ton of cupcake orders each day and this was a first. It is upsetting that this order went the way it did, but if a customer calls and insults my staff and myself over a situation that was out of our hands I WILL call them on it and refuse service in the future.
