About simply zen
I am Diane Elizabeth and I am the owner of simply zen. I am a certified Reiki Master.
I use a “no touch” approach and work within the bodies energetic field.
When you arrive you will complete a health questionnaire.
You will then lay upon a massage table and a heated amethyst bio mat for added healing energy.
I will do a brief assessment scan over your body. Then I work from your feet to your head with my hands over you sending universal reiki energy.
Each session ends with a grounding technique where, with permission I touch your feet with an essential oil of your choice and I also place the oil in the middle of your forehead.
You then lay upon the table for about 5 minutes to adjust and I write out your assessment that you take along with you for reference.
