About Love Horror Short Film Festival
The Love Horror Short Film Festival is part horror short-film festival, part horror-inspired variety show, and part opportunity to thank those most responsible for your nightmares. The convention, featuring over 30 short films and 11 performances in one evening, celebrates the artists that have given horror a face and a body. Special guests include Academy Award-winner Ve Neill, who has worked on many of Tim Burton's films, featured prominently in Edward Scissorhands and the Hunger Games trilogy. Other notables include Jodelle Ferland, otherwise known as Alessa in "Silent Hill", Bill Bryan of the original Ghost Busters, and a huge docket of artists who have imagined, designed, breathed life into, decapitated, and/or mangled pop culture's most enduring creatures.
