Q:

When will you have the calendar updated to include June and July. There are 6 of us...three moms and three teens, and we would like to purchase the groupon now to use on a Saturday or Sunday this summer. Thanks

Monica B.  asked on  May 7, 2012

A:

We post the calendar for the upcoming month on the 10th of the prior month. We will be switching to summer hours in June. Since everyone likes to sit by the pool and bar-b-que, we will be offering a 2:00 Saturday session instead of a Sunday session during June and July.

Q:

Hi I have 2 children ages 15 and 17 and not sure I understood the coupons to purchase for the teen group offered at a later date. Which coupon(s) should I be purchasing for them? If they don't opt to go, can both spouses go instead for the couples coupon instead?

Mark C.  asked on  May 4, 2012

A:

I would purchase two of the individual adult canvas classes. (A couples voucher would need to be redeemed at one time. Two individual vouchers could be used on separate dates if needed.) I will be glad to accept those for any "young adult" or teen classes we offer. If your children elect not to you and your wife can use them for an adult painting session.

Q:

Thank you for your prompt reply, but as a parent in today's society, I am concerned about drop off only places. Most places here in Johns Creek allow parents to sit in the lobby while minor children complete activities, Is that possible? If so, I will purchase several now.

rebecca b.  asked on  May 4, 2012

A:

I understand your concerns. Why not stop by this weekend and check out our facility.

Q:

Hi, I would like to purchase several of these for children. Why is the age limit only6-11? I would love for my children to have this experience, since they love art. The age ranges are 4, 8 and 12. Can the age range limits be omitted with parental supervision?

rebecca b.  asked on  May 4, 2012

A:

Sorry, morning art classes are drop off only. 4 year olds just can't keep up with 10 and 11 year olds. If you would like to include your 12 year old, that would be fine. I usually specify age 11 because by the time children turn 12 they sometimes prefer to be around older children.WeI will be offering special classes June and July for "young adults" (ages12+) and several Mom and Me classes that may work for you and your 4 year old. Although I do not have those dates available yet. I will accept the Groupon currently being offered for the young adult classes, but not towards the Mom & Me classes. They will be a different price structure than our normal "Art Days"

Q:

Ok, am I reading this correctly? The offer expires IN FOUR DAYS? As in, all 200+ purchasers will need to use their Groupons within the next 4 days or the offers convert to credit with Sip & Stroke?

Sarah H.  asked on  May 4, 2012

A:

What??? I think you are misreading this. Adult Groupons are good for one year (2013). The Kid's art classes must be usedduring this summer session between June 3 and August 10.

Q:

My grandaughter will be 6 in January. Would she be eligible for admission ? How many days of the week does a child attend with your $15 art class offer ? What days are available to choose from if it isn't offered all week ?

Romaine D.  asked on  May 4, 2012

A:

Your grand daughter will probably be just fine to attend. Motor skills develope at different rates for each child. Some 5 year olds are every bit as advanced as 6 year olds. Since you know your child better than I do, I let the parent be the decission maker. We offer classes Monday thru Friday, June 3rd thru August 10. The Groupon offers you to purchase two days at the discounted rate of $15/day. Additional days can purchased at the regular rate.
