I would definitely continue to use and recommend Sir Carpet as my carpet looks great! Adrian was very easy to work with, and he was very communicative, kind, and honest. I even booked for a repair to my carpet because of the level of customer service received. The booking was easy, and I love that they send confirmation of the appointment at the time of booking and the day before service.

First time using this company and I was very pleased. It was easy to schedule, they confirmed my appointment again the night before and called me to let me know they were on the way about 30 min ahead of time. Arrived on time during my scheduled appointment window and worked quickly and efficiently. I was very happy with the service and will use them again for future cleanings.
