Started out a little uncomfortably...before even beginning with the facial, was swamped with seemingly rehearsed upsell attempts on my Groupon, and the service(s) that it does (and does not) entail. However, after making it through the initial awkwardness [relatively unscathed], the actual facial was quite good--thorough and immensely relaxing. I found Amy to be a very skillful aesthetician/beautician. Will return to this establishment for another treatment.
