We are not your typical “fussy IT” service shop. You get a courteous, knowledgeable, amicable technician to help with your computer issues.
What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
Honestly, I worked for an IT consulting firm and saw the money billed for my services versus what I made and wanted to make more of the gross sales. After that, I found working for myself has been an incredible, challenging, rewarding experience, and I wouldn’t want it any other way.
What do you love most about your job?
I really enjoy meeting new customers and helping them with their technology problems. It’s what I’m good at and it makes me feel great sharing that with people.
What is the best reaction you’ve ever gotten from a customer?
“Jeff was fantastic. Very knowledgeable, patient and helpful. He solved all our problems and was able to explain things very clearly to two non-tech computer people.“
