About Six Degrees
Pilates' isometric moves are all designed around the same goal: strengthening the entire core from the abs to the back extensors. It's fitting, then, that such a core-centric workout also forms the core of Six Degrees' fitness curriculum. Originally, owner and Pilates enthusiast Emily Easton founded the fitness haven as a Pilates studio.
Today, however, she and her team have branched out into a variety of related workouts. Their schedule encompasses sessions in an array of yoga styles, ballet barre fitness, and an up-and-coming new class style.
