“A Delightful Museum”
This museum, although small, very well documents early life in the Skagit Valley. The exhibits are full of interesting pieces which are obviously carefully maintained. It has lots of historical pieces that all ages will enjoy. The third room had a special rotating exhibit on sports from the Smithsonian Museum.

“love this museum”
We are not real big museum fans...too much walking sometimes. But this museum is easy to navigate with some really amazing displays from times past. They tell stories of the Skagit Valley and each one is very interesting. Walk out to the balcony and you will see a beautiful view of the town below and the fields and mountains in the distance. So happy that we decided to stop here. Very worth your time.

“Very nice displays”
The Skagit County Historical Museum has two dedicated displays dealing with the area and its history. In addition, there is a third hall which houses temporary displays. I have seen everything from native history to local artists featured here. Good fun.
