Simulink Basics

> Gain the fundamentals needed to model real-world systems in the industry using Simulink.

> The field of engineering involves exhaustive planning, designing, simulating, and analysis of complex systems that replicate real-world models. Simulink, an extension of MATLAB, offers a graphical solution for engineers to design and analyze these non-linear and linear models, as well as understand their dynamic performance under various conditions. 

> This course will give you a basic understanding of the Simulink UI, as well as how to perform basic operations involved in the analysis of systems. By the end of this course, you will have a well-versed understanding of: 

> Fundamentals of model building on Simulink 

- Generating basic waveforms 

- Trigonometric functions and solving differential equations 

- Spring-mass-damper systems 

- Simple harmonic oscillators 

- Control system design (linear and nonlinear)

- PID design
