The esthetician is so good. Seeing a problem area around my nose, she appeared to be scraping. I questioned her & she gave me an explanation. I trust her & value her judgement. She's knowledgeable & quite personable. I think I see a difference in my skin after this facial. It appeared more noticeable this time than after the facial I got there two months ago. That has made me promise myself a return for a facial within the next two months.

Facialist's skill was impressive: 1) knowledge about skin care; 2) skin care products; 3) procedures needed to exfoliate & hydrate the skin on my face. My skin felt & looked great. The facialist was very personable.
