Q:

Thank you for the reply. So what will the RMT receipt value be for each massage? Thanks.

Terry D.  asked on  Nov 12, 2012

A:

The RMT reciept will reflect what you paid for each massage. If you look at the deal you purchased, the retail value of the 2 massages is $220. The 62% discount you received would net this down to $83.40. Take this number and divide by 2 massages. Each massage will have a receipt for $41.70.

Q:

Are the massages performed by a licensed RMT? Will a RMT receipt be provided for insurance claims?

Terry D.  asked on  Nov 10, 2012

A:

Hi Terry. The massages are performed by a licensed RMT. I will look into the receipt issue. Since your finacial transaction is done thru Groupon, i need to to clarify the insurance companies position and how to file this properly. I dont see it as a problem at all, since your paying $ for a massage, but i know insurance companies have been known to refute claims. They can be difficult. Stay in touch. I will work on this and hopefully get an answer by Monday
