Q:

Your reply about RMT receipt is not clear. Do you provide a separate RMT receipt that can be submitted for insurance purposes, including RMT # etc? Or are you just going to mark that an RMT performed the massage on a basic receipt?

Sean D.  asked on  Feb 11, 2013

A:

We cannot provide you a receipt for your purchase because your transaction is with groupon. We can only stamp that the massage was done by an RMT and provide her info on the receipt you received from groupon. Please contact your insurance provider to see what they require as each insurance provider has different requirements.

Q:

I don't know where my question disappeared to, but here goes again. Are receipts issued upon request? Is tax included?

Diane M.  asked on  Feb 11, 2013

A:

Hi If you bring in your groupon receipt, our RMT can verify on that receipt, that it was performed by the RMT. Your receipt would be for the actual dollars you used to buy the service. If you upgrade to a different massage and pay additional dollars, we will provide the receipt for the difference spent. We cannot promise that your insurance provider will approve this as every insurance provider has different policies and procedures. Please contact your insurance provider

Q:

I was going to buy one of these for my friend, however, I am not sure what to tell her about tipping. Do you tip, does she tip, how does this work, especially if you go in with a coupon.

Angeie  asked on  Feb 11, 2013

A:

We suggest that you tip 20% of the original cost of the massage or a $20 equivalent. This can be done at the end of the massage.
