What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
I think it is my dedication to obtaining results at prices that make it affordable to do so. I want my clients to be able to take care of themselves on a regular basis, not just sporadically. I take time to listen to their needs and educate them on effective post care.
What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
The knowledge I possess after 21 years of learning can now be passed onto my clients. I have the freedom to bring in my favorite products and treatments for amazing results! Esthetics is a very results driven business and that is my focus.
What do you love most about your job?
!!When a client says "that was the best facial I have ever had" or " I will definitely be back, I'm so glad I found you." This really makes my own confidence soar. I do not think that people understand the satisfaction I get in return as well helping them.
What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer?
When a client wants to re-book with me! I think this is the best non spoken feedback a service provider can get. Also, all the kind words left on Groupon, my Facebook page, or Yelp is just icing on the cake....I appreciate it so much!!
