Usually it is enough to describe what you want, or just leave it to us. Every face is structured differently, and the brow shape is specifically designed for you which we will discuss during the appointment. Our brow consultations is 30 minutes in which we review the pre and post-treatment instructions and answer any questions you might have.

I was scammed out of my voucher during scheduling. Groupon allowed it and merchant didn't communicate effectively and I was still going to pay extra. The area isn't safe and owner purposely tried to get more money out of me by forcing slow response so i could pay extra. I am a loyal customer i expected them to regulate and give me my money back because i never received service but they allowed it!

You scheduled your appointment and agreed to the booking policy through both phone confirmation and our GlossGenius platform. You arrived over 12 minutes late to a 30-minute appointment, which is a significant portion of the service time. I provided the address and the suite door code in advance, as I do for all clients. There was no intentional delay in my responses—I was actively preparing for your appointment to ensure the best possible care, as I do with every client. You also texted saying: “I work 12 hour overnight shifts so I'm extremely tired, just was trying to squeeze in care for myself. I didn’t see the other code at all, my apologies, maybe another time.” This clearly shows there was acknowledgment on your part that the situation wasn’t due to any wrongdoing on my end. As for the safety of the area, I’ve operated from this location for years without issue, and this is the first time such a concern has been raised. I take pride in honest business practices and quality client care. I have records and communications to support my version of events and am happy to share them if needed. Wishing you all the best moving forward.
