Thus far, this experience is not going well. It has been difficult to schedule and no one answers the phone. Scheduling is being done by text messaging and I’ve sent them emails to report issues with their arbitrary scheduling of appointments. I was not provided goggles to protect my eyes and my face was slightly burned. If this experience doesn’t improve quickly, chances are that I will not be returning and will have lost the money that I’ve prepaid. Buyer beware.
