What You'll Get
The face is the human body's most expressive part, speaking for us when our tongues are occupied with stamps or busy flirting with our tonsils. Reward your face for its unspoken hard work with today's Groupon: for $55, you get a chemical peel or a detox facial at Skin Essentials Laser & Medical Spa in Concord (up to a $125 value).
With a duo of licensed aestheticians and a medical doctor on staff, Skin Essentials offers expertise in a climate as comfortable as a hammock made of well-worn T-shirts. Clients can evict impurities from over-crowded pores with a Detox Facial (a $95 value), which is stocked with dead skin-dissolving pumpkin enzymes and is appropriate for those with congested skin. Alternatively, achieve a revitalized emotion maker with a glycolic acid chemical peel (a $125 value) to let inner beauty shine through like a vampire exploding in the sunlight.

About Skin Essentials Laser and Medical Spa
Owner and aesthetician Katrina Barringer opened Skin Essentials Laser and Medical Spa in 1999, and has since recruited an elite team of eight that includes a physician and a licensed acupuncturist. Each of the women on staff boasts a specialty such as bamboo-fusion massage, eyelash extensions, or aromatherapy that smells like colors. Barringer's interests are of an academic complexion, as she penned an award-winning paper and is one of 67 laser technicians without an M.D. degree to be accepted into the American Society for Laser Medicine and Surgery.
