Danielle was very attentive. Love my brows. The whole experience was wonderful,very relaxing. First time having them tinted or laminated. She asked for my input and explained everything perfectly. The only difficult part was scheduling with the app., since my friend and I wanted back- to- back appointments. When I wasn't able to thru the app, Danielle made it happen after we called her.
