I'm interested in the Dot Co2 laser. I suffer from melasma and have had melanage with good results but it was resurfaced after about a year. Would this laser treatment help with melasma?

This is not the best treatment for melasma. It will break up the plaques and make them less distinguished, but will not treat the full surface(only micro dots) the same way as the melange. This laser is great a shrinking pores, improving texture and wrinkles. As a general rule you should be using Triluma 3 months of the year at home, and Elure year round to treat the problem at the source-melanocyte!
