After many years in the industry, I found that the secret to true customer satisfaction is having the ability to operate in manner that serves my clients' best interests. In starting my own business, I am able to help my clients without the pressure of sales quotas that are often found in the industry. I can focus on service and education.

What do you love most about your job?

I love that with each client, we build relationships and we always look forward to seeing them the next time. The human connection is rewarding, and unlike many other occupations.
