No one gives more specialized attention to you and your computer. We love what we do, no grumpy geeks come your way. It's not just a job, it's our passion.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
It's personal, computing. I remember being afraid of the computer and not fully understanding. I was an end-user for many years. But wanting to know how it worked, and my curiosity got the better of me. The need to understand the technology of computing took over. It's what I was meant to do!

What do you love most about your job?
Being able to help people, especially in this world of technology and change, is very rewarding. The future is all about gadgets and computing. Land-line home phones are a thing of the past. Understanding computing and helping others to understand is why we love this so much.

What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer?
"Are you the technician? Thank goodness! It's so great to have a woman work on my computer!" I get this all the time. Working in a predominantly male field can be tough at times. But it only drives me more to be better at what I do. My personal touch shows in the smiles of happy customers.
