I opted for a 60 minute deep tissue massage. The therapist, Amy, was professional, competent, and friendly. She worked well on my shoulder and my lower back, which is where I have chronic pain/stiffness. I plan on returning, and will probably opt for the 90 minute session instead of the 60 minute session next time.
