Q:

If I'm buying a Groupon for my toddler to jump, do I need to buy one for myself as well, even if I won't be jumping since there is a special court for toddlers?

Rebecca G.  asked on  May 23, 2013

A:

You do not need to pay admission if you are not jumping.

Q:

So if I have 20 kids for a birthday party on a Saturday, can I buy the $135 party package for 10, then buy 10 of the individual $12 passes, and use them all at the same time? Also, am I allowed to bring my own food -- obviously the 1 slice of pizza per kid is not going to be enough for 20 -- so I can bring in additional food, drinks & cake from outside?

Wendy T.  asked on  May 21, 2013

A:

You would not be able to purchase that many additional Groupons as it exceeds the limits as stated in the Fine Print. You can see the price to add additional birthday jumpers here. I would suggest contacting them directly at (408) 492-1139 for more information about their food policies.

Q:

Are there special hours for toddlers? I'd like to buy the Friday-Sunday Groupon for my 3-year old (and me too of course) but want to make sure she'd be able to jump.

Rebecca G.  asked on  May 21, 2013

A:

They have a court just for younger jumpers.

I know that there is a limit of 1 groupon per person. If I buy one birthday party package and my sister buys one birthday package, can we use it on the same day? The birthday party will be scheduled on different times but it will be the same birthday girl but different guests.

Joanna S.  asked on  May 23, 2013

A:

Yes, that would be fine.

Q:

It says limit 1 per person. But I want to buy 3 of these for my son, niece and nephew? Can I buy 3 and use it at the same day?

Ananya B.  asked on  May 21, 2013

A:

You would purchase them as gifts Groupons for your relatives. To purchase this offer as a gift, simply click on the "Buy for a Friend" link underneath the "Buy" button on the deal page. As long as they each have their own Groupon, they could use them the same day.
