The tour itself was nice. The company Skyline Sightseeing and the address on the Groupon were wrong. The Groupon works for a Big Bus tour-- not a skyline Sightseeing your company... That is boarded up! I was afraid I wasted money on 4 tickets but I'm glad I asked someone who worked for Big Bus tours for help. The night tour was chilly and windy but we got great views of the bridge and a tour.

Okay, just to clarify, skyline sightseeing is now bought by big bus tours. So, if you're trying to find those buses, you won't. Just go to the big bus tour at the scheduled time mention your Groupon for skyline and they got you. Its the big bus buses too, no skyline busses! It was a great ride, they provided headphones to have a guided audio tour. If you're going at night, dress warm!!

First off we arrived at the site permthe groupon to exchange the vocher for a ticket. The tour startsmat 7pm. We arrived at 6:25pm. The door was locked, the a guy shows up at 6:45 angry and unprofessional telling us thT we had 6 minutes to walt to the bus site which was two blocks away. Second, when got on the Bus, there were no open seats on the top. The bus states WIFI available, but no password was given. Headsets were provided, but we wernt told what channel the tour guide was speaking on. We just had to keep searching until we hear him speaking. Lastly the bus did not drop us off where he picked us up. We had to walk about three bocks bac to our car. About the sightseeing was just average. I was not satisfied with this whole adventure.

The tour itself was amazing. The 2 stars is for the complete lack of instructions. The instructions said to go to 2724 Taylor Street. When we arrive at that address Skyline Sightseeing is no where to be found. I then look at the website & a different address is listed. We walk there - it’s closed & it’s listed as another business - Big Bus Tours. This was never mentioned! Big Bus Tours was great.

About Skyline Sightseeing

In the past five years, the tour company has shuttled 1.5 million passengers around San Francisco in signature double-decker, open-top tour buses. Within the city itself, four different routes wend through various neighborhoods and past iconic landmarks, including the Golden Gate Bridge, Alcatraz, and Danny Tanner’s favorite grocery store. Outside the city, tours also run to Muir Woods, wine country, the picturesque towns of Monterey and Carmel, and Yosemite National Park.
