SLG was started after seeing so many people being reactive to resolve client problems rather then being proactive to avoid problems before they start, which in the long run saves both sides a lot of headaches.
What do you love most about your job?
We love being able to help our clients work more efficiently while also not feeling like they just broke the bank to get their problems fixed. We don’t want clients living with issues because they are afraid to call on their IT staff for fear of the bill that might come along with the fix.
What is the best reaction you’ve ever gotten from a customer?
We once were invited to a customer’s holiday part and were told by the owner that we kept his business up and running smoothly and that they could not have done it without us!
