Q:

Would you please tell me what your gluten free menu options are? I have celiac disease and am looking for gluten free pasta or pizza. Thanks.

Cindy D.  asked on  Mar 1, 2013

A:

Vegan and gluten-free options are also available, such as meatless chicken wings ($9.95) and a meatless meatball sandwich ($11.95). For specific food preparation or ingredient questions, I would suggest contacting them directly at (702) 632-6470.

A:

Hi Cindy, We do offer a gluten-free pizza crust (10in) and pasta (Penne & spaghetti). Although we do our best to accommodate the gluten-free diet, we cannot insure a 100% gluten-free experience given that food may be in contact with shared surfaces that have been in contact with gluten for example the ovens.
