Each lunch consists of one slider plate per person. Lunchtime sliders include buttermilk-fried chicken and a cheddar waffle smothered in maple-bourbon peat butter, as well as smoked duck with blackberry chutney sandwiched between a parmesan bun. All slider plates come with fries. Brunch options include an eggs benedict with crawfish and smoked chorizo hollandaise on spicy cornbread, as well as The Hangover Slider, a medley of smoked bacon, quail egg, and sriracha aioli served on a cheddar-buttermilk biscuit.
Contemporary comfort-food takes center stage at Slide, where the menu focuses on a specific food group: sliders. Inside this Manhattan West Village eatery, the mini-burger collection includes a classic beef slider made from a signature meat blend that’s mixed in-house, as well as more exotic versions such as the SLIDE fried chicken and cheddar waffle, the BBQ pork belly, lamb, roasted duck, veal, crab cake, baby Portobello mushrooms, and the classic beef slider – made with a top-secret meat blend from Pat LaFrieda. Enjoy a variety of them while relaxing with a group in Slide's outdoor dining garden. They also offer a full wine list, specialty cocktails, whiskey and gin, beers from local and international breweries. Slide also has a selection of shakes, available with or without alcohol.
