Worst experience ever. I went for a Brazilian. Firstly felt uncomfortable right when i stepped into the building. it was messy and looked like an old office. no renovations had been done. she was a bigger lady so bad to sit on a stool to do my wax. she got way too close to my private area. id say about a rulers length away. she used normal and hard wax mixed with strips. it wouldn't grab any of my hair. she kept going over the same spot over and over and over. when i left not all the hair had been removed from all locations and i was in tons of pain. i stayed red for 3 days after. i tried even putting oil on to sooth the pain and it still burned so bad. didnt use my other 2 sessions.

Procedures were not hygienic nor as professional as other establishments. Would not recommend nor would I ever return.

Did not like the place at all. Only used one of my 3 pack. The lady doing my waxing reused the stick in the wax and did such large sections left a lot of hair. I was not satisfied at all and would not recommend this place

Update your knowledge on proper waxing techniques. But the customer service was great, you were very friendly

I received a brazilian wax and it was the worst wax I've ever had. Can barely sit because I'm so tender and a lot of hair was missed. Also took over twice as long as a normal Brazilian.
