Despite the girls being friendly, it seemed they lacked knowledge as they had to call someone 2 times, unclear if it was a colleague or owner in how to handle a purchase through Groupon. Overall, the experience felt rushed. We selected a timeframe of 30 minutes, and within 10 minutes they claimed to be done with the activity. For traveling over 30 minutes to get there, we left unsatisfied.

Too much activator was put into the kids ‘fluffy’ slime which ruined it and made it hard and rubbery. Such a waste.

‘Be back in 30 minutes’ sign is apparently a sign for the 1 and o my employee to take as long as a break as they please. Minimal effort put into the experience for my kids. Employee sat on his phone at the front desk area ….
