Warrior’s Way boot-camp sessions offer intense 1.75-hour workouts; they’re held the first three Sundays of each month, starting at 10:15 a.m. BlackHawk Defense classes, which start at 8 p.m. on Tuesday nights, blend technical and situational training, preparing students for any potential real-life attackers. Megan leads Fit Box sessions on Thursdays at 4 p.m., helping students burn fat and tone up with kickboxing moves, rhythmic squats, lunges, and floor exercises.
