Q:

Sadly, I have periodontal disease and sensitive teeth. How is the in-salon treatment for those with sensitive gums/teeth? Thank you

Susan K.  asked on  Jan 20, 2013

A:

It is recommended that you do not whiten your teeth with this condition. However, if your condition improves and your dentist says it is safe to get a teeth whitening treatment, please contact us at that time and we would be happy to accommodate you.

Q:

what is the benefit of the one time in office visit if you get 10 at home treatments?

Malana H.  asked on  Jan 17, 2013

A:

Sorry for any confusion. This Groupon offers two options. One option is for an in-office treatment. The other option is for a take-home kit.

Christina B.  from  Groupon  replied on  Jan 17, 2013

A:

The benefit of the in-office treatment is that with a salon treatment you are placed under the LED light that runs on a 500 nanometer wave length which does a faster and better job than the mini LED light that comes with the take-home kit that runs an approximate 100 nanometer wave length.

Q:

Does the at-home teeth-whitening kit cover both the top and bottom teeth? And will the results be just as good as the in-office treatment? Thanks!

L E.  asked on  Jan 16, 2013

A:

Yes, the at-home kit covers both the upper and lower arches of your teeth. For best results, I recommend the in-salon treatment, however, the at-home kit delivers good results as well.
