Commonly Asked Questions

Q:

This includes the enrollment fee, correct? So after this two months, if I wanted to continue my membership (at a normal monthly cost) would I need to pay another/different enrollment fee?

Natalie C.  asked on  Oct 7, 2013

A:

That's correct. The Groupon includes the enrollment fee, so you would not pay the enrollment fee again if you continue your membership after using the Groupon.

Q:

Does this include the cards as well? When I looked at the Snap Fitness site to sign up without the deal, there was a $20 charge for an access card. For the $14.95, does that include everything I need to work out for 2 months at the Grandview location? Are there any other fees/charges?

This Groupon will include everything you need!

Q:

With this offer you must start at one of the four locations mentioned. If you wanted to switch locations after the 2 months would you have to pay another enrollment fee for a different location or would the enrollment fee carry over bc you're now a Snap Fitness member?

Stephanie  asked on  Oct 9, 2013

A:

This deal is valid for the locations listed on the deal page only. You would need to contact the specific location you'd like to transfer to, to see if they would accept the transfer.

Q:

$14.95 for Two-Month Gym Membership ($209.90 Value) How do you value a two month membership at $209.00? These memberships are not $104.50 a month.

Chad W.  asked on  Oct 7, 2013

A:

The Groupon includes the initial enrollment fee, so the value is calculated based on a two-month membership and the cost of enrollment.

Q:

If I give this as a gift, does the recipient only have until 1/1/14 to use their whole 2 months? Or do they just have to start by then? I'm thinking of giving this as a Christmas gift, want to be sure they will get their 2 months.

Megan  asked on  Oct 7, 2013

A:

The recipient needs to activate their membership by the expiration date. Their membership lasts 2 months from the activation date.

Q:

So you get a fitness consultation as part of this package?

Sherry R.  asked on  Oct 7, 2013

A:

Sorry for the confusion. They do offer fitness consultations at Snap Fitness, but this would not be covered by the Groupon. The Groupon just includes the enrollment fee and a two-month membership.
