Q:

I have a two-part question: If I want to join the club after the 3-month Groupon deal is over will I have to pay an additional joining fee or can I start paying by the month? Also, what happens if I don't give a 30-day cancellation notice?

Marie I.  asked on  Jun 25, 2013

A:

When you sign up, you will be set as an active member that will go into regular, automatic billing after the Groupon ends. There will not be any additional fees if you wish to stay active. If you do wish to terminate after the Groupon ends, you are required to give a 30-day written notice (1 month) to the club.

Q:

My health insurance offers Fitness Reimbursement as part of my plan. If I got a 3-month membership at one of the participating locations (let's say Brookfield) - would I then be able to exercise at the Fort Atkinson, WI location and also qualify for my insurance Fitness Reimbursement option?

Alexandria G.  asked on  Jun 24, 2013

A:

I would suggest you check with the club location you want to join. There are many insurance programs available; without knowing the specifics I cannot tell you for sure. Thanks.

Q:

Does the deal include the video classes? How about the water massage table?

Sharon M.  asked on  Jun 24, 2013

A:

You would need to contact the individual club you are considering joining. As for the Menomonee Falls location on Lund Lane (Good Hope and Appleton Avenue), we do offer free video classes. There is 1 HydroMassage table which is an extra fee starting at $9.95/month.
