Every morning, Snappy Tomato Pizza's chefs fill their 60-quart mixer with special high-protein flour to make fresh pizza dough; it's a process they might repeat 11 more times throughout the day. They check water quality and specify exact temperatures. They toss in high-quality yeast and corn oil. And all for only the crust.
They also make their own specialty sauce. After receiving a delivery of deliberately selected vine-ripened tomatoes from their California growers, the chefs at the California sauce plant set to work. They spice, boil, and doctor only the tomatoes with the highest acidic content, sealing the lids on jars of sauce to ship to their stores only six hours after the fruit has left the vines. Finally, at each Snappy Tomato Pizza eatery, cheese and toppings complete the pies, adding bursts of mouthwatering flavor with toppings such as pepperoni, italian sausage, onions, and jalapeños.
