The Fine Print states "48hr cancellation notice or $20 fee per person may apply." That just means that if you cancel your reservation with less than 48 hours notice, you will be subject to a $20 cancellation fee per person.

The chef creates a different menu each day for the Dining in the Dark experience. The allure of the experience is to taste food without seeing it or knowing what it is. With the lack of sight you will find your sense of smell and taste heightened.
