Launching from Memorial Beach Dam between 10-10:30 a.m., canoeists have until 5 p.m. to explore the Russian River. Most do so at a leisurely pace so they can get in as much picnicking and relaxing on beaches, splashing in swimming holes, and wildlife watching as possible in the 9 miles between the dam and Wohler Bridge, where they are picked up and shuttled back to the office.

About Russian River Adventures
