Coach Megan inspires the athletic ability and talent of today's youth by training the whole person from an intellectual, physical and emotional standpoint. Megan coaches all ages and levels of ability. All training courses are specifically designed for each athlete to reach their fitness goals.

What equipment is provided? Is there anything visitors need to bring?
Bring a "Can Do Attitude" and expect to have FUN! When you set your first appointment, we will guide you so you are prepared to have the BEST experience possible.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
I always wanted to help people, even if they didn’t ask.  I felt like I connected with many kids and often saw immediate results from my feedback. I admired my head varsity volleyball coach who inspired me become to coach professionally.

What do you love most about your job?
I love witnessing a student do something they believed they couldn't possibly do. Being able to guide and inspire someone to improve themselves really energizes me. I get to meet so many people and make a positive impact on their lives. There is nothing like it!
