What is the experience customers can expect?
The Chateau is a historic building with 30 foot pillars. Your princess will be sitting on our balcony patio right next to the grass and trees. Bring your best camera. We are a very popular spot for wedding photos so click away!
What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
I have traveled the world (5 of 7 continents) and realized that coffee is something that unites us all! As a former bartender & coffee fanatic, I blended the two ideas together while serving the most amazing imported espresso beans. Add to it my love for helping people & you end up with a smile!
What do you love most about your job?
I genuinely love to help people. When we first opened Sofie's Place, our motto was SMILE IN, SMILE OUT. We live by this motto as we realize people have choices. Our rating on YELP has shown that we are successful in making people feel special rather than standing in a line like cattle.
