Since 1974, Sol Azteca's Mexican cuisine has transported eaters from Puebla to Veracruz to Mexico City. Chefs pull inspiration from the entire country, unfolding a menu of cultural influences as varied as the mosaic tiles that pepper the dining room. In this warm, colorful space, chorizo and guacamole accent carne asada, chicken fajitas, enchiladas stuffed with cheese, picadillo beef, and cactus.
