There is room for 4-5 people in the salt room, although 2-3 is ideal. You are welcome to schedule times with friends, or request that you have the room privately and we will try hard to honor your request.
Regarding clothing: Normal comfortable clothing is fine – the salt air will not damage or affect your clothing in any way. The only restriction is that you should bring with you a pair of clean socks to wear in the salt room. Our “no shoes” policy allows us to keep the salt room pure and clean. For children, please be sure their clothing is clean and free of dirt or mud, and bring clean socks for them as well.
For clients who have skin conditions (psoriasis or eczema), we recommend that you try to expose those areas during the salt treatment, so a tee-shirt and shorts might be a good idea. If you have knee pain or irritation, wearing shorts will allow the healing properties of the Himalayan salt to be more effective. Note: as many of our clients have allergies, it is requested that you do not wear perfumes or scented body lotions to your salt therapy sessions.
