I’ve been to several spas, but this one truly stands out for its advanced treatments and professional care. The entire team is knowledgeable, welcoming, and genuinely dedicated to making sure you get real results. The spa itself is spotless, calming, and beautifully designed. I purchased 4 sessions PRP for hair growth. I was nervous at first, but the team made me feel completely at ease, they explained the whole process, from drawing the blood to the injections, and answered all my questions.

Absolutely fantastic experience at Soleil Med Spa! Brenda, the owner, is incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and kind. She took the time to explain everything and made me feel completely at ease. Terrible experience. I showed up on time for my PRP appointment, waited in the lobby with no one to check me in, then got marked as a no-show. Staff was rude, disorganized, and offered a reschedule only to cancel again. Saw the provider sitting in her car, not even inside. Requesting a Groupon refund—never coming back.

It’s a shame you claim our service was terrible because in your first appointment you received the treatment you paid for and a very good attention. The second time you didn’t show up to your appointment neither answered the calls or messages to confirm you were not coming. It’s a lack of respect to our team. And now this time you showed up late and we have schedule policies to respect. And if you request a refund you should request what is left not the full money because you have already used part of your service. The same respect you demand you must show to us.
