It was an all around pleasant experience. Shami is really nice, and she’s still getting her new place in order. It’s tricky to find within the complex. But the coolsculpt process was easy and i think that it has had a positive impact. In a couple more weeks I hope to see more improvement.

The glitch issue with it auto-redeeming has been fixed so don't worry about that. I just finished my third session with Shami, and she is amazing! I am a runner who took a bad fall a few months back, and was in a walking boot so I lost a lot of strength in my calf muscles. After these emsculpt sessions, I am able to complete a long run without the aches in my calves. I also use it on my stomach. I don't see visual progress yet, but my core feels stronger. I recommend this to anyone who is hesitant. BTW, the address of on google/shallowford road is correct, not what's on the Groupon.
