What do you love most about your job?
The best part of this job is meeting people and giving them that sense of relief. Technology can be scary and overwhelming, especially when it misbehaves. Solving problems for our customers is our job. Teaching and improving is our passion. Earning our customers’ trust is a point of pride.
What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer?
I love it when customers ask for business cards to give to their friends. It means a lot that the vast majority of our new customers are referrals. It tells me that we’re doing something right.
