Each option includes an initial body and posture assessment. Small-group training sessions, which feature strength, interval, and metabolic training as well as cardio, are tailored to the participants’ ability and goals.<p>
Certified trainers mix and match weight training, core strengthening, metabolic conditioning, interval training, and kettlebell exercises to maximize the benefits of each workout at Solution Fitness. Personal-training sessions focus on one person’s specific fitness goals, while adult and youth small-group sessions provide a supportive environment. The experts also offer nutritional coaching to aid in weight loss and healthier eating with sample meal plans.
