Each option includes an initial body and posture assessment. Small-group training sessions, which feature strength, interval, and metabolic training as well as cardio, are tailored to the participants' ability and goals.
Certified trainers mix and match weight training, core strengthening, metabolic conditioning, interval training, and kettlebell exercises to maximize the benefits of each workout at Solution Fitness. Personal-training sessions focus on one person’s specific fitness goals, while adult and youth small-group sessions provide a supportive environment. The experts also offer nutritional coaching to aid in weight loss and healthier eating with sample meal plans.
