What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
Solutions values and thrives on the satisfaction of its customers. The amount of time and effort we put into our work will show every time we leave and I say every time because I know you will have us back for services again. We want our customers to know how to keep to their homes clean.
What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
When you have been doing fantastic work in individuals homes for 5, 10 or 20+ more years for larger companies; you eventually realize you should be in business for yourself. As a family and a couple of friends along with us, we've been in the field for 20+ years and we eventually did just that.
What do you love most about your job?
I love being the one that can make someone's day better. As a personal experience, it could be just removing a stain out of a couch or some carpet to helping someone with storm damage. When we see that we were able to help and make others happy for a decent cost; we won't ever forget.
What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer?
I cant say there's just one. I have heard many comments from so many individuals that I could never imagine just choosing one. I've had customer want to hug me and even a simple hand shake means everything. There's always that customer saying "Why aren't you charging more?", Ive heard this also.
