Questions and Answers 4 questions

Q:

What does the skin look like after the treatment? Is it red or blotchy?

Sydney N.  asked on  Mar 11, 2013

A:

Skin will turn pink immediately afterward, but this color will fade within a few hours. Makeup can be applied immediately and you can return to normal activities. You can learn more by checking out the Somerset Center For Plastic Surgery website here!

Q:

Does this process have any effect on broken capillaries on the face?

Pamela W.  asked on  Mar 11, 2013

A:

Very sorry, but Microdermabrasion is not effective for treating broken capillaries. If you're interested in learning about other treatments that may be more suited to you, I suggest calling Somerset Center for Plastic Surgery at (248) 643-7710 for more information.

How effective is this at removing sunspots on the face? I have had a brown spot under my eye and have tried all kinds of creams, but it will not fade.
