What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition? I am a genuinely passionate fitness professional with a mind for all things group fitness. I am always expanding my knowledge through professional training and enhanced learning.
Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged? I like to encourage participants to push past their limits; show them testimony of others who have been where my clients are and how they got past their challenges; give proof that dedication and commitment are key in success. In class I offer high-tempo and upbeat songs to work out to that are meant to motivate and inspire. I also occasionally hold a "throwback" night and song requests from participants.
What was the inspiration to start or run this business? I am a natural entrepreneur and have always had a passion for fitness and well-being. I wanted to take my passions and turn them into something that allowed me to help others overcome their fitness goals. I love to inspire and educate and encourage others to see their own potential.
What do you love most about your job? The people! My students are what motivate me to be a better version of myself, to further my knowledge so that I can provide the best workouts and advice I can. I teach for them and their benefit and not the other way around.
